3-Stage Follow-Up Sequence
Each stage has a purpose. Work through them in order. Click any stage to expand the messages. Click "Copy" to grab a message instantly.
First Contact — Open the Door
Goal: start a real conversation, not pitch. Timing: Day 1.
Value Touchpoint — Share & Educate
Goal: give them enough to get curious. Timing: after they reply or 2–3 days later.
Decision Conversation — Move to Yes or No
Goal: get a clear decision. Timing: after Stage 2 engagement.
Prospect Tracker
Use the ready-made Google Sheet below. One row per prospect. Update after every touchpoint. Review every Monday morning.
Super Patch Prospect Tracker — Google Sheet
Pre-built with columns, dropdowns, and a live dashboard. Free to copy.
📋 How to make your own copy (takes 30 seconds):
Click "Open Google Sheet" below. The sheet will open in your browser.
In the top menu, click File → Make a copy.
Choose a name (e.g. "My SP Prospects") and click Make a copy. It will save to your own Google Drive.
Work only in your copy. Never add prospect names to the original link.
Google Sheet Column Setup
Create a new Google Sheet and add these columns as your header row. Keep it simple — the power is in actually using it.
| Column | What to put here | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Name | First name + last initial | Sarah M. |
| Platform | Where you found them | Facebook / Instagram / Referral |
| Interest | Health, Income, or Both | Health — sleep issues |
| Stage | Which stage they're at | Stage 1 Stage 2 Stage 3 |
| Last Contact | Date of last message sent | 15 May 2026 |
| Response? | Yes / No / Pending | Yes |
| Next Action | Exactly what to do next | Send 2A — she said yes to more info |
| Notes | Anything personal to remember | Has 3 kids, mentioned bad back |
| Outcome | Customer / Partner / Not now / No | Customer ✅ |
Your Weekly Rhythm
This routine takes 30 minutes and keeps your pipeline moving every single week.
Monday — Pipeline Review (15 min)
Open your tracker. Anyone not messaged in 3+ days needs a follow-up. Anyone in Stage 3 with no response gets the fence-sitter message.
Wednesday — New Prospecting (15 min)
Add 5 new names to your tracker. Send Stage 1 messages to each. Consistency beats volume every time.
Friday — Check & Close (10 min)
Reply to anyone who responded this week. Move their stage forward. Update outcomes for anyone who made a decision.
One-Page Team Playbook
Share this with every new team member. This is the system they follow from day one — no guessing, no waiting for you.
Write your list (Day 1)
Open your phone contacts and write down 20 names:
- Someone who complains about sleep, pain, stress, low energy, or brain fog
- Someone who's mentioned wanting more income or more freedom
- Someone who's health-conscious or into wellness
- Someone ambitious and entrepreneurial
Send your first 5 messages (Day 1)
Pick the right Stage 1 message for each person. Personalise the name. Send 5 messages. Add them to your tracker. Do not send the pitch or the link yet.
Respond and advance (Days 2–7)
When someone replies, move them to Stage 2. Send the value message that matches their interest. Always end with a question.
Get to a decision (Days 5–14)
Once they've engaged with Stage 2, use a Stage 3 message to move them to a clear yes or no. Don't leave people in "maybe."
Add 5 new names every Wednesday
5 new names per week = 260 prospects a year. Even a 10% conversion rate = 26 new customers or partners annually.
Teach your team this system
As soon as someone joins your team, share this playbook with them. Your goal is not to recruit for them — it's to make sure they can recruit for themselves. That's duplication.
If your team can only recruit when you're involved, you don't have a team — you have dependents. The moment you hand them this playbook and they start getting results without you, that's when your income starts growing while you sleep.
